• Local and National Meetings
• Joint RA and FA Publication "Refereeing"
• Advice on the Laws of the Game
• Personal Legal Advice

The Liverpool County F.A. Area has Referees Societies as follows:

Bootle
Liverpool Sunday
Liverpool
Skelmersdale
St. Helens
Southport
Warrington
Widnes

Regular meetings are held at venues across the County where Referees can continue their education, discuss match incidents with colleagues, and learn from Guest Speakers in a highly relaxed atmosphere. Referees’ Societies are part of the Development Structure within Liverpool County F.A. and it is through them that information and notices are cascaded.

Referees Association kit and equipment is of the highest quality and is generally available at meetings or can be ordered and delivered free of charge. Low cost insurance is included in the subscription which generally equates to just one match fee.

The Referees’ Association holds an Annual Conference during the closed season and Referees are provided with the opportunity to attend a full training day which includes presentations by National List Officials together with a selection of Workshops. Every member will also receive the joint R.A./F.A. publication “Refereeing” which gives an insight of Refereeing from Grassroots level upwards.

There are, of course, other benefits provided by individual Societies. In these most exciting of days to be a Referee it is essential to be a member.

The objective: MAKE OUR REFEREES BETTER REFEREES
