All Personal Hearings take place at The County Headquarters in Walton Hall Park Sports Centre and will be held on a Monday or Wednesday evening. For your case to warrant a Personal Hearing you must fill out the appropriate paperwork and enclose a fee of £33 (£25 for appeal, £8 administration fee), payable to the Liverpool County FA Limited, within two weeks of notification being sent out to you regarding the case itself.
Please Note all forms must be completed in full (i.e. players full name, date of birth etc) otherwise the appeal cannot be accepted.
Before the Hearing
The Appellant must state in writing the ground upon which the Appeal is lodged. This may be on one or more of the following:
(1) The Affiliated Association failed to give the Appellant a fair hearing.
(2) The Affiliated Association acted unconstitutionally.
(3) The Affiliated Association came to a decision which it should not have come to on the facts of the case.
(4) Against the penalty imposed.
At the Hearing
(1) Appellant to enlarge on ground of Appeal.
(2) Questions to Applicant by
(a) Members of the Board
(b) Plaintiff
(3) The Plaintiff gives reasons for decisions reached.
(4) Questions to the Plaintiff by
(a) Members of the Board
(b) Appellant
(5) Summing up by the Plaintiff.
(6) Summing up by the Appellant.
(7) Plaintiff and Appellant to leave meeting room.
(8) Appeals Board to adjudicate on evidence presented.
(9) Announcement of decision to both Parties.
