The First Round of The FA Sunday Cup served up a number of huge scorelines as it proved to be a remarkable goal-fest.

Last season's Semi-Finalists Brantham smashed nine goals past Houghton as the Suffolk club ran out 9-2 winners in their bid to go one step further this season.

Magnet Tavern also recorded a high-scoring win as they crushed Grafham 8-0 at Boston's Tattershall Road Stadium.

Harp FC 2003 cruised to a 6-1 victory against Keresley RFC FC at Bridgnorth Town's ground.

Oyster Martyrs FC won 7-4 at Kevin Nolan's Nicosia FC. The Bolton Wanderers midfielder's team from Liverpool could not repeat the heroics of 2004 when they won the competition.

Club Lewsey FC were the biggest away winners as they battered Partizan FC 6-0. Other big successes on the road included Whitton Park Rose Crown, who won 5-0 at Queensbury.

There were a trio of 4-0 victories in the First Round with Queens Park beating Pocklington Town, Dawdon Colliery Welfare defeating Dengo United and Sunderland RCA Barnes overcoming Lee Jones all by the same four-goal scoreline.
