To all Club Secretaries, This coming season will see the official launch of the Liverpool’s FA’s members area on our website. Clubs who register as a member will be able to have instant access to:
• Their clubs discipline details (i.e. discipline points)
• Their clubs Current suspensions
• Their clubs Pending suspensions
• Their clubs payment History
• And Their clubs outstanding cases
Only club officials (secretary, treasurer and chairman) can access these details and to register they must go to www.liverpoolfa.com/MembersServices/RequestAccessClub.htm
and enter the following details:
• Your FAN number (or NPD number)
• Club ID (National ID number on affiliation form)
• Affiliation number (This season it will start with G)
For clubs re-affiliating for the 2009/2010 season your individual FAN number and the Club ID will already be printed on your affiliation form and you will be given your new affiliation number for the upcoming season.

For this to work successfully for your club it is essential that your club details are correct on your affiliation form, please check your details carefully before re-affiliating.
