2018/19 Club Safeguarding Visits To Commence

Liverpool County Football Association will be commencing our 2018/19 Safeguarding Club Visits in September.

All clubs with youth teams are asked to complete the Club Safeguarding – Training Validation Visit Form and return immediately to Liverpool County FA.

As part of The FA’s Safeguarding Operating Standards, Liverpool County FA will be visiting clubs with youth teams (Under-18s and below) during the course of the season. This is to ensure that safeguarding guidelines are being adhered to and implemented within each club across Merseyside.

The visits will confirm that those coaches present at that clubs’ training sessions are the actual coaches the club have entered onto Whole Game System and that they have an in-date FA Criminal Records Check.

Clubs are asked to download the Club Safeguarding – Training Validation Visit Form here - PLEASE CLICK HERE to download it.

This form enables Liverpool County FA to capture information about training times and venues, so as to plan a programme of visits for the season.
