Job Opportunity - Casual Coaching at LFC Foundation

The LFC Foundation is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and energetic coaches to support and develop our expanding community programs throughout Merseyside.

Building on the Club’s work in the community over the past 20 years, the LFC Foundation was formed in 2010 as a financially independent organisation to harness the power and passion our fans and supporters have to improve the lives of others.

We deliver the highest quality programmes in Sport & Health, Education & Employability through a variety of projects including; Respect 4 All Disability Inclusion, Premier League Kicks, Premier League Primary Stars and more.

The Role


We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and energetic coaches to support and develop our expanding community programs throughout Merseyside.

This exciting opportunity will require successful applicants to deliver a creative and engaging session in accordance with the Coach Engagement Lead’s expectations and Quality Assurance Framework.

The Ideal Candidate


We are looking for skilled football and multi-sports coaches with a valid Multi-Sports/FA Level 1 coaching qualification as a minimum requirement.

Successful candidates must have availability at weekends, with excellent communication skills for regular interaction with participants, staff, parents and external representatives, whilst representing the Club in a professional manner at all times.  
 
Competencies desired:

Experience of coaching football related sessions
Experience of working with a variety of age groups (desirable) 
Multi-Sports Level 1 coaching qualification (essential)
Multi-Sports Level 2 coaching qualification (desirable)
Level 1+ in other sports (desirable)
AFPE Level 3 (desirable)
FA Youth Modules (desirable)
