Everybody at Liverpool County FA would like to congratulate Merseyside official Ian Hussin on his appointment as Reserve Assistant Referee for this year’s Carabao Cup Final, which takes place at Wembley on 25 February.

Ian progressed through the Liverpool County FA’s referee development programme and continues to be involved in the progression and development of fellow referees at grassroots level across Merseyside.
