The concept is simple – get your team together and film yourselves recreating the Liverpool Ladies having a go - feel free to add some flare as it will be the club that shows the most creativity which will win the prize.

You can also change the challenge to suit the age group – perhaps head the ball back to a coach instead of between each other, with the last one going for the bucket, however works for you.
