LFC Foundation To Host Inclusive Sports Day

The day aims to give those with additional needs the chance to get involved in sport.

The LFC Foundation is set to host an Inclusive Sports Day that aims to give children throughout Liverpool and Merseyside with additional needs the chance to get involved in sport. 

The event, which is to take place on Friday 23 August, is free to attend and is open between 10am to 3pm. 

Children will get the opportunity to try numerous fun activities including multi-sports, football, wheelchair football, goalball, boccia, sensory activities and much more. 

Liverpool FC’s mascot, Mighty Red, will also be in attendance from 10am-10:30am and 11am-11:30am. 

Lunch will not be provided, so please bring packed lunches for children. 

Acceptable footwear must be worn but studded boots are not permitted as the event is indoor.

The event will be taking place at the LFC Academy, the full address of which can be found below. Accessible parking is available on the day but spaces are limited so please contact terri.ritchie@liverpoolfc.com if this is required.
