Rainbow Laces

Rainbow Laces Giveaway across Liverpool

Over 600 pairs of laces are set to be given away across in the county ahead of the Rainbow Laces campaign
Liverpool FA is lending their support to the Rainbow Laces campaign by giving away laces to clubs and referees across Merseyside.

The campaign is set to take place across the county on the weekend of 30 November and 1 December, with teams strongly encouraged to give their backing.

Rainbow Laces is a campaign led by Stonewall UK promoting LGBT+ equality within sports, as homophobia, biphobia and transphobia remain an underlying issue.

All around the UK, people have been wearing rainbow-coloured shoelaces to show their support for LGBT+ people in sports.

Over 600 pairs of laces are available on a first come first served basis for anyone intending to join the campaign across Merseyside.

Teams and referees can apply for their free pair of laces by following the links below.
