Liverpool County FA Official Charity 2021-22

We are on the lookout for a new charity partner ahead of the 2021-22 season

We have today begun a search for our next charity partner, to be in place by the beginning of the 2021-22 season.

Following successful partnerships with a range of charitable organisations, Liverpool County FA is looking for a new title charity partner to work in collaboration and harness the power of football to create an impactful legacy across communities in Merseyside.

We're looking for a partner working across the Merseyside region which is aligned with football and is committed to improving mental and physical wellbeing or passionate about youth, education and social inclusion.

Any organisations that wish to apply to be our next charity partner can do so by clicking here.

The application window will close at midday on Friday 6 August 2021, after which point the shortlisting process will begin. The new partnership will officially launch in September 2021.

Daniel Green, Chief Executive Officer, said: "We’re looking for a charity partnership that can create tangible, lasting change and positively impact communities across Merseyside both on and off the pitch.

"We believe grassroots football has an important role to play in improving the physical and mental wellbeing of the region, reconnecting communities and supporting the economy – particularly as we recover from the Covid-19 pandemic.

"We're excited to find a title charity partner that shares the same values as Liverpool County FA and is committed to using the power of football to unite communities and break down barriers, ensuring the game is for the many, not the few. Our colleagues will be part of the voting process which we feel is important in ensuring we choose a charity partner which is close to our hearts and meets the organisation’s objectives."
