Liverpool FA Technology Request Form
We have launched a new online request form for all club and league technology issues.
The form allows clubs and leagues to submit technology issues or requests directly to CFA Officers.
It’s the easiest way for clubs/leagues to submit any requests to the relevant officers as:
- Clubs and Leagues can now easily submit all requests through this simple form.
- It's much more efficient than waiting on the phone or sending email - any CFA Officer can pick the form up and look into your request.
- A CFA Officer will look into your request within three working days and send confirmation of the outcome.
- The form covers all platforms - Player Registration, Full-Time, Matchday, Referee Registration, FAN Merges and Affiliation.
- If any additional info is required, a CFA Officer will be in touch.
