Liverpool FA recently hosted an event for our Weetabix Wildcat & Squad Girls Providers to offer them support to engage with Liverpool FA staff, our newly-appointed Equal Game Ambassador and a Youth Council Member.

Our Women and Girls Development Officer, Ellie Fox, was joined by two staff from the national FA, Lauren Mellor (National Development Mangers for Programmes) & Claire Davidson (Digital Customer Services Manager), as well as our newly-appointed Equal Game Ambassador, Tina Hamilton.

The hosts talked to attendees about the support on offer to those interested in starting either a Weetabix Wildcats of Squad Girls programme.

We also listened to feedback from attendees on their experience on delivering these programmes, as well as provided networking opportunities for programme providers.

Everyone at the event also received special Weetabix Wildcats and Squad Girls equipment including balls, banners and bibs.
