We know there are a lot of people with skills and experience from both their professional and personal lives who can help deliver change in grassroots football across Merseyside.
As such ,we are recruiting for three Non-Executive Directors who will help drive this change and improve the grassroots football experience for everyone in our area.
We are recruiting for the following roles:
Health and Wellbeing Non-Executive Director
We're looking for someone with experience in leading health & wellbeing strategies to champion initiatives promoting health & wellbeing, benefiting Members, Staff, and the football family across Merseyside.
You will be responsible for leading the creation of a health & wellbeing strategy for Liverpool FA and engaging effectively with stakeholders, including leagues, clubs, and Local Authorities, to support health & wellbeing initiatives.
Finance Non-Executive Director
Do you have a strong financial background and a commitment to driving change? Liverpool County Football Association (LCFA) is seeking an exceptional Independent Non-Executive Finance Director to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming grassroots football in the region.
You will be a champion of financial integrity and governance, overseeing the financial planning and risk management that underpins the success of grassroots football. Reporting directly to the Chair of the Board of Directors, you will be instrumental in shaping the Association's vision, strategy, and financial investment, propelling us toward our long-term business objectives.
Inclusion and Equality Non-Executive Director
Do you have the skills and experience to lead and inspire others? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the role of Non-Executive Inclusion and Equality Director for Liverpool Football Association.
We are looking for someone with the relevant knowledge and experience in inclusion and equality matters, preferably in a football or sports context, to develop and implement Liverpool FA’s inclusion and equality strategy, in line with the FA’s national strategy.
