Liverpool FA is delighted to announce that former Liverpool and England goalkeeper, and current Goalkeeper Coach at Liverpool Football Club Women, Chris Kirkland, is to deliver a special Goalkeeping CPD Workshop.

Hosted specifically for coaches working within the female game on Merseyside, the workshop will take place between 7.00pm and 9.00pm at Gym & Football at Jeffrey Humble on Wednesday 10 April.

Whether you’re a goalkeeping-specific coach or a complete novice, this workshop will provide something for everyone.

With 18 years’ experience of playing professional football with Coventry City, Liverpool and Wigan Athletic among other clubs, Chris Kirkland will be able to provide tips and advice based on his time playing, being coached and coaching at the highest level.

Liverpool FA expects this event to be hugely popular, so people are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Note: The CPD event will take place outdoors on a 3G pitch.
