Clubs will be able to affiliate to Liverpool County FA for the 2019-20 season from Thursday 25 April 2019 when the new season’s affiliation window opens.

The affiliation process can be completed through the online Whole Game System – and ALL adult and youth clubs are required to affiliate for the new season AND purchase Personal Accident Insurance through Bluefin Insurance for each team under their affiliation.

Any clubs entering a summer league will have to affiliate BEFORE 31 May 2019, otherwise they will NOT be allowed to play until they obtain a new affiliation number.

NOTE: Can all clubs please ensure that, when completing information for their affiliation, they add ALL teams for the 2019-20 season. This includes Saturday, Sunday and Summer Youth teams. Each team has to be added separately per age group AND aligned to the correct league.

It is mandatory that ALL adult teams enter the appropriate Liverpool County FA cup competition – this also applies to U13, U16 and U18 youth boys teams and U14 and U16 girls teams.

The affiliation WILL NOT process if all safeguarding sections for youth clubs are not up-to-date. Please ensure that ALL coaches aligned to youth teams have an in-date FA CRC and the Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer and Welfare Officer also have all their relevant qualifications in-date. 

ALL of the above roles require the Online Committee Safeguarding qualification.
